This page is for Faculty and Staff ONLY. Teaching assistants should contact their major professors or the instructor of the class and have them submit the lab reservation request for their respective classes.

If you have multiple sections on different schedules, please feel free to use this form once per section to clarify your request.

		NOTE: Please list all software even if you have told us about it for past semesters. This will help us cull software that in not requested.

NOTE: If you are providing software to CNS staff, it will be installed provided that it is properly licensed for the number of PCs present in the Computing Lab in which your class will be held. We cannot install improperly licensed software.
