  Service Priorities:

CNS Service priorities are as follows:

 

1) Administrators

2) Administrative Staff

3) Faculty

4) Graduate Students (network connection only as time permits)

 

The above priorities assume that the user is requesting assistance with a Campus/state owned machine that is on the ESF Campus. Any new requests in a higher priority category will delay current requests in a lower priority category. Graduate Student network connection requests are accommodated once a month or as time permits.
