Students can view their personal records at the the 'ESF Student Services Portal.' The Student Services Portal is the Web location where students can:

1.       NetID:  Your SU email address prefix (the part before the '@syr.edu')

2.       Password:  Your ESF Student Services Log-In password—not the one you use for Orangemail

Pop-up blockers are software that keep one Internet browser window from automatically opening up additional browser windows. Some systems, like the ESF Student Services Portal, rely on a pop-up-like window to provide a valuable service. If a pop-up blocker is installed, this system will not function properly.

Although it might seem like blocking all pop-ups is desirable, this action could be hiding the symptoms of a much deeper problem in addition to keeping you from accessing valuable system. This deeper problem is rampant Adware/Spyware.
