Netscape for Oracle

Netscape 4.79 Installation:

To install Netscape 4.79, please read the following and then click on the link at the bottom of this page.

Users of Netscape Navigator (If you are reading this page from Netscape Navigator):

			After clicking on the link below, choose a location for the file to be downloaded to from the 'Save in...' box (the 'Desktop' is a good place) and click 'Save.' (From a window labeled: 'Save As...')
			Wait for the download to finish.
			Close all your running applications and double click on the file downloaded above (cc32d479.exe is the name of the downloaded file). An InstallShield window will appear that indicates that it is extracting files to use while installing Netscape.
			Click 'Next.' (From a window labeled: 'Netscape Communicator 4.79 Setup')
			Click 'Yes.' (From a window labeled: 'Software License Agreement')
			Click 'Next.' (From a window labeled: 'Setup Type')
			Three check boxes will appear at this point. Make your selections in these boxes and click 'Next.' These are personal preferences. (From a window labeled: 'Netscape Desktop Preference Options')
			Click 'Next.' (From a window labeled: 'Select Program Folder')
			Click 'Install.' (From a window labeled: 'Start Copying Files'). Netscape will now install to your machine.
			Click 'No.' (From a window labeled: 'Question')
			Click 'Ok.' (From a window labeled: 'Information')
			The installation is now complete. Close all windows, clean up your desktop of any unwanted icons, and restart your machine.

Users of Internet Explorer (If you are reading this page from Internet Explorer):

			After clicking on the link below, click 'Open.' (From a window labeled: 'File Download')
			Wait for the download to finish.
			When an InstallShield window appears that indicates that it is extracting files to use while installing Netscape, quickly close your browser (either Internet Explorer or Netscape) by clicking on the 'X' in the upper right hand corner of its window.
			Click 'Next.' (From a window labeled: 'Netscape Communicator 4.79 Setup')
			Click 'Yes.' (From a window labeled: 'Software License Agreement')
			Click 'Next.' (From a window labeled: 'Setup Type')
